A private place to belong
A brighter way to gather your people outside the public feed
A free-entry private association where practitioners and wellness brands build trusted groups, share useful work and stay connected to the people they serve.

A quiet place for honest conversation
What you get on the day you join. No dashboards to learn.
Community spaces
Threaded conversation by topic and region. Join the ones that fit, ignore the rest.
Your own private spaces
A private space per programme or clinic. Put your trainings, recordings, handouts and session times in one place, and invite clients by pasting a list or dropping in a CSV.
Gatherings
Small online sessions, and in person when enough of us are in the same place.
Private messages
One-to-one lines for referrals and the questions you'd rather not post in a community space.
A member directory
Practitioners, modalities, cities. Visible to members only, never to search engines.
The noticeboard
Rooms to rent, cover for a week off, gear going spare, roles you're hiring for. Members only.
Liberty
Your own AI assistant inside the Circle. Ask how a community space works, get help drafting a post, or find your way around without shouting into a forum.
Private spaces
Bring your own people in, on your terms
Most practitioners we talk to are holding a programme together with a Facebook group, a Drive folder and a lot of reminder texts. Private spaces replace that. You make a private space, add your trainings and recordings, drop in the handouts, list the next session time, and keep one thread for questions so nobody has to scroll a feed to find the answer.
Invites go out by email from you. Paste addresses in, or upload the CSV your booking system already exports. Each person gets their own private link. Clients only see the private space you invited them to, never the practitioner-only community spaces.
Live sessions still run on Zoom or Meet, whichever you already use. The private space holds the link, the time and the replay afterwards.
See how a private space is laid outIf you're a brand
Same tool, different people. Brands use private spaces for practitioner training instead of client programmes: dosing and protocol walkthroughs, product education, stockist onboarding, and the notes your reps repeat on every call.
- Invite your stockist list by CSV and see who has joined.
- A brand corner with up to four promotions live at once, each read by a person first.
- A stand at member gatherings, and simple counts on what people actually opened.
- Community spaces stay pitch-free. That rule protects you too, because the education you put in a private space gets read instead of skipped.
Who can see what
Practitioner-only community spaces are for practitioners only. Clients can't read them, can't search them, and won't see them listed. Shared community spaces are labelled as shared, on the space itself, every time you open it.
You will never be three paragraphs into a hard question about a caseload and realise someone's client has been reading.
Private messages are private. We don't read them. If a conversation needs to become clinical, the agreement asks you to take it off the platform entirely, because this isn't a clinical record system and we won't pretend it is.
Why a Private Members Association?
To truly step away from centralised algorithms and censorship, we had to change the rules of engagement.
The Wellness Circle is an unincorporated Private Members Association, not a public social network. Everyone accepts the same Members Agreement before entering. That contract sets expectations for privacy, conduct and the responsible use of what members share. It does not replace anyone's professional, consumer-law or tax obligations.
A clear private agreement
Members know what they're agreeing to before they enter, including confidentiality, conduct and the limits of the platform.
Practical data boundaries
Private areas aren't indexed or sold as advertising audiences. Sensitive clinical records still belong in the practitioner's proper practice system, not here.
Not built for public reach
Community spaces and private spaces sit behind sign-in and aren't intended for search engines or public feeds.
A responsible community
Every member accepts the agreement. We can review concerns and remove access when someone ignores the boundaries, but practitioners remain responsible for checking one another's credentials.
Already with ClientWell?
ClientWell is the practice software many of our members already run their bookings and notes through. Some ClientWell plans already include the Circle's wider Practice tools. Create your free Circle account with the same email and we'll check your access.
If you need more groups, courses, retreats, brand training or the wider peer community, the available plans are shown privately after you enter. Your free membership doesn't expire.
Meet Liberty
An assistant that knows the Circle, not your clients
Liberty sits in the corner of every page inside the Circle. Ask where something lives, what a community space is for, or get a hand tidying up a post before you share it. No searching a forum, no waiting on a reply.
Liberty doesn't read your private messages, doesn't give clinical advice, and won't pretend to be a practitioner. It's there to help you find your way around and get words down.
Liberty
Inside the Circle, on every page
- “Which community space should I post a referral question in?”
- “Help me shorten this intro so it doesn't read like a pitch.”
- “Where do I find the next online gathering?”
Available with the wider Practice and Programs memberships.
An Honest Word on Our Founding Phase
The Wellness Circle is an intentional, early-access deployment. Right now, our community spaces are deliberately quiet as we carefully vet and onboard our foundational members. A private association is fundamentally defined by the calibre of the professionals who turn up early to collaborate, share insights, and anchor the community.
If you are ready to be an active contributor to this exclusive network, we invite you to apply. If you would prefer to step into a fully populated ecosystem down the track, we welcome you to return when the platform reaches capacity — our infrastructure isn't going anywhere.
