Inside the Circle

The community spaces, in plain sight

You can't read what's in them without joining. But you can see what they are, and decide from that whether this is a place that understands the work.

Practitioner community spaces

Practitioner members only.

  • Scope, referrals and "should I be treating this?"
  • Fees, money and putting your rates up
  • When a client complains
  • Insurance, ACC and the paperwork
  • Rongoā and cultural practice
  • Working solo
  • Burnout and the weeks you don't want to talk about
  • Clinic rooms, gear and cover

Shared community spaces

Practitioners, clients and brands together, and labelled as shared every time you open one.

  • Ngā mihi — introductions
  • Ask a practitioner
  • Gatherings and who's going
  • Noticeboard: jobs, rooms, gear, cover
  • Liberty — the Circle's AI assistant

Brand community spaces

  • Brand corners
  • Promotions, read before they go up
  • Expo stands

Community spaces open as members arrive. If the one you need isn't here, ask and we'll make it.

Your own private spaces

Community spaces are for the wider Circle. A private space is yours. Practitioners use one per programme or clinic; brands use them to train practitioners and onboard stockists. Every private space has the same parts:

  • Trainings — video links and replays, in the order you want them watched.
  • Resources — PDFs, graphics, video or audio you'd otherwise email twice.
  • Sessions — the next date and time, with the Zoom or Meet link sitting on it.
  • One thread — questions in a single place, so answers don't get buried in a feed.
  • Announcements — one message to everyone in the private space when something changes.

You invite people by pasting a list of email addresses or uploading a CSV export. Each one gets a private link of their own. People you invite to a private space see that private space and nothing else, and they never pay a cent.

How much of it you get

Community — free

One group for your clients, up to 25 of them, with three trainings and five resources. Enough to run a small programme properly and see whether this suits you. No community spaces, noticeboard or Liberty.

Practice

Up to five active groups — for clients, workshops, courses, challenges, retreats or social gatherings — with no seat or content limits, plus the community spaces, noticeboard, directory, private messages and Liberty. Free if you're already with ClientWell or The Wellness Directory.

Programs

Unlimited groups, and each one can be a course, retreat, event or paid membership rather than just a client group. Add repeating weekly sessions, release trainings module by module, bring in a co-host, and copy a whole group to reuse for the next intake.

Who can see what

Practitioner-only community spaces are for practitioners only. Clients can't read them, can't search them, and won't see them listed.

You will never be three paragraphs into a hard question about a caseload and realise someone's client has been reading.

Private messages are private. We don't read them. If a conversation needs to become clinical, the agreement asks you to take it off the platform entirely, because this isn't a clinical record system and we're not going to pretend it is. That's clause 5.
