How Liberty works: A helpful community concierge, not an autonomous agent
Liberty is designed as a safe, friendly guide for our wellness community, with strict boundaries to ensure member privacy and peace of mind.
You may have seen stories in the news about autonomous AI agents that act unpredictably. Liberty is built differently from the ground up:
Curated, read-only knowledge
Liberty only answers questions using verified, team-approved Wellness Circle materials, course guides, and practitioner directory resources. She never roams the open web for unvetted information.
Zero administrative or billing power
Liberty cannot alter memberships, modify subscription plans, access payment details, or edit member profiles.
Passive until asked
Liberty never initiates unprompted actions, sends automated bulk messages, or runs unsupervised tasks in the background. She responds only when you ask a direct question.
Clear, honest boundaries
If a question falls outside our approved community guides, Liberty does not guess or invent answers. She simply lets you know and points you to the human team.
Private and contained
Conversations with Liberty are kept private within the community and are never used to train public, third-party AI models.
The takeaway
Liberty is like a friendly concierge in a library. She is there to help you find the right shelf, read the right chapter, or connect with the right resource, and she never has access to the building keys or the accounts desk.
Where the rest of the boundaries are written down
The Members Agreement
Everyone accepts the same agreement before entering. It sets out confidentiality, conduct, data boundaries and the limits of the platform, and it's public so you can read it or send it to your registration body.
Read the agreementSomething not right?
If Liberty answers something incorrectly, or you'd rather speak to a person about anything at all, tell us and a human on the team will pick it up.

Liberty sits in the corner of every page inside the members area. Ask her something the first time you're in and you'll see the boundaries in practice.
